Terms and Conditions 57agame – Platform Usage Rules

By accessing, registering for, or using any feature of the platform 57agame — whether for Sports Betting, casino games, cash out, promotions, or any other available service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and 57agame (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 57agame's services.

The 57agame reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, users will be notified by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of 57agame after new Terms are published constitutes automatic acceptance of those changes.

To use the services of 57agame, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a resident of Brazil or access the platform from Brazilian territory;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts;
• Not be under an active self-exclusion period at 57agame or in any other sports betting self-exclusion program;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

Each user may hold only a single account at 57agame. Creating duplicate or secondary accounts is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts detected will be closed and balances may be forfeited, including any associated bonuses.

To complete registration, the User must provide: full name, valid CPF, date of birth, active email address, mobile number, and a password. 57agame may require identity verification (KYC) through submission of an official photo ID before processing withdrawals or in cases where irregularities are suspected.

Sports Betting at 57agame are subject to the following general rules, applicable to all available markets — including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), volleyball, NBB basketball, MMA/UFC, e-sports, and other sports:

• The minimum amount per bet is R$ 1.00;
• The maximum bet amount varies by event and selected market and is displayed in the interface before confirmation;
• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be canceled by the User, except when the Cash Out feature is available and active for that event;
• 57agame reserves the right to limit, suspend, or void bets in cases of obvious odds errors, suspected match manipulation, or violations of the Terms;
• Odds errors — instances where a published odd is clearly incorrect relative to the market — may be corrected by 57agame, with the affected bets canceled and stakes returned to the User's balance;
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to an acceptance delay while odds are recalculated. A live bet is not confirmed until it appears as "Bet Accepted" in the User's account.

In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or suspension, bets will be handled according to the sport-specific rules available in the Help section of the platform. As a general rule, if an event is not completed within the competition's standard timeframe, single bets on the final outcome will be voided and stakes returned.

The 57agame accepts the following payment methods, all exclusively in BRL (R$):

• Pix — instant, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Boleto bancário — processed within up to 1 business day;
• Credit or debit card (accepted card brands displayed on the platform);
• PicPay;
• Mercado Pago;
• TED bank transfer (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, Santander, and other institutions).

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. Pix deposits are credited to the User's wallet instantly. For other methods, the processing time may vary depending on the payment processor.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Pix withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes, subject to identity verification where applicable. 57agame charges no withdrawal fee. The withdrawal method must match the one used for the deposit or, where that is not possible, a compatible method under the same CPF as the account holder.

Using a 57agame account as a fund transfer vehicle without placing legitimate bets is prohibited. Any attempt at money laundering or misuse of the platform's payment systems will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.

The 57agame offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis, including a 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 on the first deposit. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement (the betting volume needed to release a withdrawal), which is always clearly disclosed before activation;
• The standard rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is 5x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50;
• Bonuses have an expiration date. You have 30 days from the bonus credit date to meet the rollover requirement, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion;
• Canceled bets, bets with partial or full Cash Out, and voided bets do not count toward rollover completion;
• Only one bonus can be active at a time per account. Stacking two bonuses simultaneously is not allowed;
• 57agame reserves the right to modify, cancel, or replace promotions, with prior notice to affected users;
• Participation in promotions is subject to eligibility verification. Accounts that violate the Terms may have their bonuses cancelled.

• Crash games — such as Aviator and similar titles — are games of chance featuring multipliers that rise until a random cut-off point. The player can cash out at any moment before that point to lock in the active multiplier;

• Technical failures during a casino round are handled in accordance with the software provider's policy. If the User is disconnected during a live round, 57agame is not liable for bets lost due to a connection failure on the User's end.

• Deposit limits — set maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits;
• Cool-off period — temporarily pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, no reason required;
• Self-Exclusion — request a permanent or time-limited self-exclusion from your account. During the self-exclusion period, it will not be possible to create a new account on 57agame;
• Session history — access the full record of all bets and games placed on the platform;
• Session time limit — set alerts for when you reach a certain consecutive usage time.

The User is solely responsible for the security of their login credentials for 57agame. We recommend:

• Never access your account on public Wi-Fi networks without VPN protection;
• Notify 57agame immediately in the event of unauthorized account access.

57agame is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the User's failure to protect their credentials. Bets placed using the User's credentials, even by third parties, remain the account holder's responsibility.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the platform 57agame:

• Creating more than one account per person or CPF;
• Providing false information during registration or in any identity verification process;
• Using automation software, bots, or arbing tools to gain an artificial advantage;
• Placing coordinated bets with others to guarantee profit regardless of the outcome;
• Systematically exploiting odds errors;
• Manipulating the bonus verification process through artificial bets or bets with minimal real risk;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activity;
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfere with system security;
• Transferring funds between different users' accounts.

Detection of any prohibited conduct will give 57agame the right to immediately suspend or close the account, forfeit balances and bonuses, and report the activity to the relevant authorities where applicable.

The User may request voluntary account closure at any time via the support chat or by emailing suporte@57agame.best. Prior to closure, any available balance (not tied to an active rollover) will be refunded via Pix to the account holder's CPF.

The 57agame reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or unlawful conduct;
• Providing false information during registration;
• Self-exclusion request by the User;
• Order issued by a judicial or regulatory authority.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, 57agame may hold funds for the duration of the investigation. If the violation is confirmed, retained balances may be forfeited.

The 57agame is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed on the platform — bet outcomes are determined by real events and the RNG, and every bet carries the risk of loss;
• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical failures;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to the User's own security negligence;
• Editorial or outcome decisions made by the organizers of sporting events covered by the platform.

57agame's total liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the balance available in the User's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

The 57agame may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in services offered, regulatory updates, or improvements to internal policies. When changes are significant, the User will be notified by email or by an in-platform notice at least 7 days in advance.

The date of the most recent update is always shown at the top of this page. We recommend that Users review these Terms periodically. Continued use of 57agame after updated Terms take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including but not limited to the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code, and the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD).

Any dispute or controversy arising from the use of the platform 57agame that cannot be resolved amicably through our support channel will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Brazil.
